What helps us most
What should I photograph?
The whole tree from a few steps back, the part that worries you up close, and the base of the trunk. A photo of the house in the frame shows us what is under it.
Do I need to be home?
It helps for the first visit, so the arborist can walk the lot with you. If you can't, tell us who can let us in.
What if I'm not sure it's a tree problem?
Send it anyway. Many calls turn out to be soil, water or a neighbor's wall, and we will say so.
